This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which services provided by Websoftstar Infosystems LLP may be cancelled.
Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email before the commencement of the project or allocation of resources.
Once the service has started, cancellation will not be permitted. This includes:
Approved cancellations requested before project initiation may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to the Refund Policy. No refunds will be provided once work has commenced.
All cancellation requests must be sent to support@websoftstar.com from the registered email address.
Websoftstar Infosystems LLP reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
