Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which services provided by Websoftstar Infosystems LLP may be cancelled.

Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email before the commencement of the project or allocation of resources.

Non-Cancellable Services

Once the service has started, cancellation will not be permitted. This includes:

• Website and mobile application development projects
• Custom UI/UX design or software development work
• Subscription-based or milestone-based services already in progress
• Domain registration, hosting, and third-party services

Effect of Cancellation

Approved cancellations requested before project initiation may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to the Refund Policy. No refunds will be provided once work has commenced.

How to Request Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be sent to support@websoftstar.com from the registered email address.

Policy Changes

Websoftstar Infosystems LLP reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
